How do we know the air we breath is good for our bodies and if it’s not, do we have a choice?
We can’t exactly stop breathing.
Do you check your phone app for air quality numbers everyday?
Does your phone alert you to “unhealthy air quality” where you live? What about your indoor air quality?
I personally don’t spend much more than about one second thinking about the air I breath on any given day or night unless I’m smelling smoke from wildfires, which is common place now in the Pacific Northwest summers. But the study listed below made me think realize I should give air quality a bit more thought.
For me, a regular user of Chinese herbs and the herb astragalus, I’m comforted by the conclusion of this study. Apparently, this highly consumed Traditional Chinese herb helps repair your lungs and has been clinically shown to help repair pulmonary disease. That feels good to know after the last two years where just about everybody on the planet experienced some sort of respiratory disease.
